1. General Services

Motion IT BD provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Other customized digital services

2. Intellectual Property & Credit Attribution

All content and materials provided by Motion IT BD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to place a credit link on any web design or landing page project to recognize our contribution.

  • Credit Link Requirement: If our credit is removed from any of the digital products provided by Motion IT BD without prior written consent, we reserve the right to discontinue all support and maintenance services for that specific product.

3. Support and Maintenance

Landing Pages

  • Free Support Period: Motion IT BD provides one (1) month of free support for all landing page projects from the date of delivery. Support includes bug fixes, assistance with basic troubleshooting, and guidance on using the page.
  • Lifetime Minor Changes: We offer lifetime minor changes for landing pages. Minor changes include updates to text, small design tweaks, or any modifications that do not alter the core structure or functionality of the landing page. Extensive revisions or major redesigns may incur additional charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

 

Websites and E-Commerce

  • Website Maintenance: Website and e-commerce support are available for the contracted period. Additional support beyond this period or extensive modifications will be billed according to our current rates.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in a timely manner as agreed upon in the project contract. Any delay in payment may result in the suspension of services or withholding of deliverables until the payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

  • Motion IT BD follows a strict no-refund policy under the following circumstances:

    • If the customer cancels an order after we have already started working on the project, no refund will be provided.

    • If the cancellation reason is deemed invalid, no refund will be issued.

Valid Reasons for Refund:


      • The video quality is not satisfactory or does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.

      • The service provided does not match the agreed-upon terms.

      • The service was not provided at all (not applicable for long-term contractual agreements).

    • Any refund request must be submitted in writing with a valid reason, and our team will review the request before making a final decision.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Motion IT BD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation due to the use or performance of our products.

7. Modification of Terms

  • Motion IT BD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our official channels, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of these revised terms.
